Desire for significant growth: metrics like double revenue every three years may seem impossible but for many businesses all it takes is planning and execution to do it
Willing to make changes: businesses that understand the old adage: “what was good enough to get you there isn’t good enough to keep you there” know that they must embrace change. Change means opportunity
Core competencies in place: businesses that already have the technical expertise, patents, equipment or facilities
Things that are less important to being a good fit:
Revenue or phase of life sweet spots: Part Time COO does not define good matches with phrases like: “post start-up phase with revenues between $2MM and $5MM”
Market verticals: We don’t focus exclusively on one type of company; our experience spans software, data, marketing, professional services and consulting.
