Speedeon designs and executes enhanced database marketing strategies for emerging and established brands to assist in developing audiences, analyzing data, and managing campaigns. Create operationally sound policies and best practices. Inspire team to create unique campaigns and scalable services in direct mail, social media, and display advertising.   • Created new processes to drive growth and increase scalability; increased revenue from $2M to $20M.

    • Developed repeatable and predictable business strategy. Launched packaged offerings that allowed clients to select products and services that aligned with business needs.  

    • Accelerated business capacity by expanding size of team; captured savings and economies of scale though use of data providers and introducing operational efficiencies, such as development of new departments to streamline processes and increase clients.
